It is important that you tick the box on page 2 of the mortgage application form if your client requires a Homebuyers Report.
If your client requires a Full Structural Survey, please confirm in writing and Bank of Ireland Mortgages will commission a standard report and ask the Valuer to make contact with your clients to discuss their requirements.  Please note that to reduce our application-to-offer time, our underwriters shall instruct the Valuer as soon as they receive the completed application form. If you would prefer us to wait until we have received all supporting documentation please tick the opt-out box on the Declaration section of our application form.
It is essential that all valuations are carried out by a Valuer appearing in the most recent edition of our Valuers Panel, call us for details. For valuations over £500,000, please instruct one of our select panel of Valuers.
